How It Works

Six stages from application to operating system. Every stage produces a working asset, not a line item. The facility deploys functional systems; you operate the venture.

// THE MODEL

We deploy systems, not cash

The QCE Venture Partner Platform does not write cheques. It deploys functional systems — infrastructure, distribution, compliance, and media — directly into your venture. Every dollar of the facility produces a working asset that stays in your business. You never manage a pile of cash and a clock. You manage a working operating system.

  • Deployed as functional systems, not idle cash
  • Every dollar produces a working asset
  • The 40 / 35 / 25 envelope: infrastructure, distribution, compliance
  • Zero personal guarantees, zero interest
  • Twelve-month Safe Harbor before any repayment

// THE SIX STAGES

From application to operating system

Each stage has a specific output. Nothing moves forward until the previous stage is complete.

  1. 01

    Stage 1 — Application

    You apply with a description of your domain expertise, your target market, and what you have built or tried to build. The application is short. We are looking for operators who understand their market, not pitch decks.

  2. 02

    Stage 2 — Viability review

    We assess three things: intent, viability, and systems gap. Intent means you understand the problem. Viability means the market exists. Systems gap means the difference between what you have and what the venture requires. If any of the three is missing, we say so.

  3. 03

    Stage 3 — Envelope allocation

    The 40 / 35 / 25 envelope is applied. Forty percent of the facility goes to infrastructure: compute, network, and the substrate. Thirty-five percent goes to distribution: nodes, media, and reach. Twenty-five percent goes to compliance and operations: banking, legal, and the regulatory layer.

  4. 04

    Stage 4 — Deployment

    The QCE substrate team deploys the systems. You do not hire contractors. You do not manage vendors. The team is in-house. The deployment runs alongside your existing operations with zero disruption. You operate the venture; we operate the substrate.

  5. 05

    Stage 5 — Safe Harbor incubation

    Twelve months of zero repayment. Revenue is yours to reinvest. The system is being proven, not extracted. During the Safe Harbor, the venture builds its first customers and its first revenue. The facility does not take a dollar until the venture is producing.

  6. 06

    Stage 6 — Dynamic repayment

    After the Safe Harbor, gross revenue sharing begins at 5%. It rises to 7.5% at the first revenue hurdle and reaches 10% at the second. The horizon is 3 to 10 years. Priority of liquidity protects operating cash flow before any repayment is calculated.

// WHAT GETS DEPLOYED

The four systems

Each system is a working asset. Each is owned by the venture after deployment.

SYSTEM 01

Infrastructure

Private cloud, bare-metal compute, network, and the substrate layer. Provisioned, owned, and operated. No multi-tenant cloud, no egress fees, no vendor lock-in.

SYSTEM 02

Distribution

The 76-node agent-native network, the media engine, and the corridor reach. Your offer is placed in front of machine buyers and human buyers, in the corridor's language.

SYSTEM 03

Compliance

Banking rails (Tier-1 Canadian, FINTRAC), tax (GST/HST), legal (PIPEDA, provincial), and the audit layer. The regulatory boundary is deployed as a working system, not a checklist.

SYSTEM 04

Media

Built For Scale and Voices Without Borders. Your story is produced in the studio and localized into 25 to 30 languages. The media engine is a distribution asset, not a marketing cost.

If the process fits, the next step is a conversation

The application is short. The screening is strict. If you are a fit, the conversation is worth your time.
